Richard Garber, AIA, is a founding partner at GRO Architects. He is currently teaching at the University of Pennsylvania. Along with his wife, Nicole Robertson, he established the China branch of GRO Architects, known as “固若建筑设计咨询（上海）有限公司”
However, despite multiple follow-ups via email, they have deliberately ignored my messages and have yet to pay the remaining months’ salary, which has been overdue for a year. While they continue to profit significantly, they have intentionally withheld payments owed to employees. As a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania, I find such behavior Shameful.
